Flight Prep & Project Scope
We’ll confirm the location, event type (like sports, weddings, or inspections), and what you need—photos, videos, or both. You’ll choose how you’d like to receive the final files (online or physical). Then we’ll schedule the flight and send a clear quote for review.
Project Execution & On-Site Review
On the day of your flight, our certified pilot will check in when they arrive and make sure the area is set up safely for takeoff. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and handle everything smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the moment while we capture it.
Deliverables, QA & Final Handoff
Behind the scenes, our team completes a final internal review to confirm everything is accurate, meets your expectations, and ready for use. Once payment is finalized, we’ll securely transfer all files and provide any analysis or sorting you’ve requested.
